Meet Your Coach, Rachel
Welcome! I’m Rachel, a Registered Dietitian since 2011. For over a decade, I’ve been combining my expertise in nutrition with my experience as an elite athlete. I earned a degree in Nutrition Science from Georgia State University, where I competed as an NCAA Division I runner. After graduating, I continued racing across multiple disciplines. Sponsored by New Balance Running for 10 years, I now represent Saucony Canada, competing in events from 5K to the marathon. I'm a five-time Canadian National Champion, have been the top Canadian woman at the Boston Marathon, and earned a bronze medal at the 2015 Pan Am Games Marathon. Most recently, I placed third at the 2024 Canadian Marathon Championships.
My passion for movement comes from a lifelong background in running, driven by a genuine love for the sport and the community it creates. My goal is to help clients take a practical, sustainable approach to fueling—whether that’s optimizing performance or making everyday nutrition work for their lifestyle. I enjoy testing the latest sports nutrition research in my own training and racing, using real-world insights to guide my clients in refining their fueling strategies, meal planning, and overall nutrition approach. My specialties include sports nutrition and weight management, with a focus on helping people feel stronger, perform better, and sustain lifelong movement in a way they love.
